In 2015, Mount Vernon strategically acquired an additional 10 acres of land and developed a long-range campus plan designed to maximize student opportunity and campus unity. Let’s Do This is a transformational capital campaign that will elevate the Mount Vernon School, expanding its footprint and fulfilling our promise to create flexible spaces for our entire community.
Breaking Ground – July 2025!
Fueled by the support and dedication of our community, Mount Vernon has officially broken ground on the 10-acre Upper Campus development project—an exciting milestone in our Let’s Do This Capital Campaign. This next phase will clear the path for a second regulation athletic field, a six-lane regulation track, and dedicated spaces for track and field events, dramatically expanding opportunities for our student-athletes and community.
